We're thrilled to announce Livwell's second rental community development in the Niagara Region with the aquisition of a 5.4 acre site near the corner of Quaker Road and Niagara Street in Welland.  When complete, Livwell's modern rental community will consist of three rental buildings with a total of 371 suites and a 4,000 square foot clubhouse building.  The clubhouse and grounds will include best-in-class amenities, including a gym, yoga room, lounge, party room, sauna, outdoor covered patio and bbq area, dog run, community gardens and a pickball court!! Construction of Phase I is scheduled for spring of 2025.  Stay tuned for updates.
